Le Chai de Villiers

What will you find once you arrive at the Le Chai de Villiers? An oasis of peace in the middle of France, thats what. And it is so very Gallic in terms of sophistication and class. So much so it wouldn’t look out of place in one of the up market architectural magazine covers.

The exterior also boasts a lovely heated pool enclosed by beautiful palms trees, and other flora which just adds icing on the cake.

Talking of cake, Le Chai de Villiers offers delicious meals that can be eaten, weather permitting, outside on the patio (and breakfast is pretty excellent too, by the way).

There are also only two rooms to choose from, so no chance of overcrowding here. The “Sauvignon", which includes a double bed and furniture in Asian Style and, on the other side "Chardonnay" which offers a king size bed and first-rate walk-in shower. Both are elegantly decorated, of course, in keeping with the rest of the decor and include views of that lovely pool we’ve mentioned

If you want to explore the surroundings you'll find hiking and biking trails or even the opportunity to book a horse ride. 

Finally Martine and Frederic, the owners, are both delightful and knowledgable hosts, who will help you make the most of their wonderful property.
