3 CABOS consists of a bold combination of modern and traditional Asturian Architecture in just one hotel. This project began with a complicated renovation of some ruins from a big house more than a century old. Its design, décor and selected location makes one forget about everything and feel more at home than in a hotel. This is a countryside environment at its fullest expression from which you can make out the capes of Busto, Vidío and Peñas. This hotel owes its name to this exceptional location.

Seven kilometres away from Luarca, a precious fishing Villa where one can enjoy western Asturias’s most appreciated beaches and mountains. The new construction was exclusively designed for the common areas. The spacious lounge is equipped with a chimney, library, workstation, table games, dining area and bar. The hotel’s large window facing the Cantabric Sea along with the surrounding green meadows convert all of these rooms into ideal rest spaces to relax and have direct contact with nature as much as in the summer as in the winter. The 11.000 m2 field has parking and various independent areas designed for deck chairs, tables and games area for children. The hotel can comfortably cater to 15 guests. The six rooms include doubles with a bathroom, three of them with an option for a triple. Stone, wood along with impeccable décor and lighting, convert these rooms into ideal rest areas. There is also a sitting area which allows one to enjoy amazing views of the sea and the mountains while enjoying a delicious breakfast or you can choose something from the menu. Accessories such as a telephone, television, DVD player, blow-dryer and security safe are among the room’s equipment. Bicycles, sunshade umbrellas, paddles, kites, flippers and sunglasses among others are available to hotel guests at no additional costs (and availability confirmation). A library, bar, table game area, lounge with a chimney and rooms with sitting areas make the stay an enjoyable experience come rain or shine.

The hotel also has Asturian products such as cheese, jam, and cider available which can be found on the menu. The hotel offers its guests a complete breakfast included in the price that can be served in your room, in the dining area or in any of the common exterior areas. The restaurant is exclusively for the hotel guests (and only for dinner). Here you can enjoy a menu based on temporal products from the land and sea. Fresh Cantabrian fish and seafood, vegetable garden products, Asturian meat and cheese are among our delight.
