Perfectly situated in the centre of Syracuse and with its original atmosphere, the house has been renovated with elegant simplicity, combining traditional materials with a contemporary style. The location of the apartment is the perfect place to explore and enjoy the Italian city.

The Apartment A has a living room with a Kitchen island and is facing an intimate cosy typical Sicilian courtyard. The night zone has a bedroom with an alcove bed and a giant "arabescato" Carrara marble slab divides the space from the bathroom with a shower.

The Studio B is facing the Mediterranean Sea and has a private balcony to enjoy the stunning view and catch the sea breeze. A compact kitchen and a cosy table in front of the sea view will be everything you need for your stay in Syracuse.

Both Apartments can be booked separately or as one unit. Both have access to an amazing bright white big terrace with a spectacular panoramic sea view and paved with local lime stone. The Terrace has the size of a small plaza and has the same atmosphere of a typical "piazzetta" facing the sea. It is shared with the small studio in the same property and you will have a dedicated area for you with your private table and deck chairs.

In addtion to the amazing view and location you will find an open air shower marked by a giant red circle (indicating the direction of the sunrise) and is the perfect place for a relax sun bathing in the City Centre. You will enjoy breakfast and dinners under the moon light and with the sound of the calm waves of the Mediterranean Sea.
