The home is located within a beautiful designed Mediterranean garden (total area 1000 square metres) with olive, almond, fig and agave trees, as well as two outdoor showers. The garden is encircled by a beautiful stonewall, built in accordance with the local tradition, adding to the authenticity of the place. In addition to the garden surrounding the house, the guests are also welcome to use the nearby olive yard, providing a lovely view of the sea, ideal for a relaxed afternoon.

The total living area is 250 square metres, which provides complete comfort. Underneath the home there is a water tank that has been turned into a wine cellar. Outside the home there is a large open terrace, ideal for a peaceful breakfast in the morning or a drink or dinner in the evening. The closed terrace at the first floor ensures a stay in the shade throughout the day.

The ground floor boasts a living room with a log fireplace, a dining room, and a spacious kitchen with another log fireplace, open to the garden terrace. The first floor consists of one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a living room and a large covered terrace. The second floor has two comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 

Two lovely beaches with pristine water can be reached on foot in 3 and 10 minutes respectively. The village is a starting point for enjoyable trekking routes, rich with Mediterranean scents. The spectacular historic towns of Osor (5 minutes by car) and Lubenice (40 minutes by car) host classical music festivals in the summer, while cities of Mali Lošinj (“Island of Vitality” - 20 minutes by car) and Cres (“No Stress on Cres” – 45 minutes by car) offer an array of tourist attractions.
