Piazza San Pantaleo

The Domo Piazza San Pantaleo is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast right in the heart of the historic center of the authentic town Sorso. In the last 15 years, the two buildings were restored with a lot of love and attention to detail. The original unique and historic character could be preserved and manages to take you right back into the 1920s and therefore provide you with an almost magical experience. If the weather allows, you can start your day in the best possible way: with a delicious sweet and savory breakfast on the panoramic terrace, overviewing the island of Asinara and maybe even the distant Corsica - what else could you wish for on a beautiful morning? The terrace is also the perfect place to take a good glass of wine and a fascinating book and just relax. All the rooms are simply furnished in a very classic style and all the little details make them extra charming. The cellar is another special place, it was built in the first half of the 14th century and guests can taste wines and olive oils of excellent quality there. 

Sorso is only 2km away from the Golfo dell’Asinara and this little town radiates a very special charm. Guests can enjoy a peaceful and easy-going life there, strolling around the nice streets and sitting in one of the many bars, sipping a coffee or glass of wine. The town is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and it’s always nice to shop for some delicious local products.

Since 2001 Cristina and Giovanni have been hosting tourists and travellers from all over the world in that beautiful place. You can definitely feel their love for the island and the surroundings and they are always happy to share some information about the most authentic and wonderful spots of the area.
