Villa Zinna

Villa Zinna is a spectacular 17th century Sicilian Masseria between the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ragusa Ibla and the beautiful summer destination of Marina di Ragusa. The property is surrounded by 40 acres of nature, a serene natural park with centuries-old olive, carob and almond trees. The original farmhouse was constructed in the beginning of the 19th century but was abandoned for many years. It has now been restored while adding some state-of-the-art facilities which took the villa back to its original splendor.

On the ground floor there are nine suites, with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Eight of the suites have kitchenettes. Furthermore, there is a 645 square-foot apartment featuring two double beds, a bathroom and a small kitchen. On the first floor there is a large apartment with one double room and one triple room, each one with a terrace, a bathroom with bathtub and a spacious kitchen. Another apartment for four people, two single beds and a bathroom is also available upon request.

The exterior of the villa includes 40 acres of surrounding private natural park and 300 square meters of covered event space. There is a solar panel heated infinity pool with a water massage system surrounded by date palm and oleanders, inviting guests to relax and be one with the nature. A spacious patio boasts a high-tech kitchen, dining table and living area with sofas, tables and a cosy fireplace.
