The proud and landmarked former manor house in the historical centre of Pollença was built in its present basic form about 150 years ago by a distinguished Majorcan family from Pollença. It has been carefully restored in 2014, with a clear focus to recapture the classic basic structure of the house and with respect for the historic quality of the architecture. The Townhouse Pollença is today a unique combination of new, modern and pure design. 

The house has three levels, a beautiful patio and swimming pool. In the interior it features with three double bedrooms with cozy double beds and one sleeping room with bunk-bed for two people. Furthermore it offers 4 Bathrooms, 2 living rooms with fire-place, library, music room with piano, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor lounge furniture are perfect for relaxing by the saltwater pool and an open eating area is ideal for summer nights outside.
