Precioso lugar en un entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Las vistas y paisajes son espectaculares, tiene muchos rincones para relajarse y disfrutar. El trato del personal fue muy amable y Las instalaciones muy acogedoras y agradables. Lo recomendamos!

Es tracta d'un petit paradís, respectuós amb la natura, habitacions precioses i menjar excel.lent. I a sobre vam veure balenes des de la torre de vigia!

If you look for a place to stay on Pico away from Madalena, in the middle of nature, The Resort Aldeia da Fonte is the perfect choice. This hotel consists of 5 Pico-Style houses with 4 units, a beautiful swimming pool and an excellent restaurant scattered between trees. You need good shoes and the ability to step down-and up-stairs to reach all facilities. We chose a studio with kitchenette for our stay and got the studio No 19 A. We were happy about the space of the room and the lovely terrace. After arriving we first had to defrost the fridge from all the ice. As it is a green labeled hotel the house keeping service should control the fridges from time to time.... The ceiling fan was very calm and helpful during the night, especially as it was very humid these days which made it necessary for us to order fresh towels every day. My husband complained about the very hard mattress. We enjoyed sitting in the porch, listening to the Barolo shearwater birds and observing lizards. The restaurant is excellent and the service very friendly. Meanwhile you have to make a reservation for the restaurant. The breakfast could offer more variety and better juice and coffee, it's not the quality you expect in this kind of hotel and the breakfast service wasn't very attentive. But on the whole we enjoyed our stay in Aldeia da Fonte considering it's not a luxury but a nature style hotel in a beautiful surrounding.
