Boutique Hotel Vivenda Miranda

Hotel muy bien situado con un bonito jardín y vistas espectaculares. Cerca de una magnífica playa a la que se puede acceder por un sendero con alguna dificultad en algunos tramos. La habitación que tuvimos es amplia pero estaba situada en un rincón del hotel sin vista alguna. Aunque el precio de esta habitación es algo menor no recomiendo alojarse en ella. La caja fuerte de la habitación (un verdadero tormento para abrirla y cerrarla) es impropia de este hotel. Solo cenamos un día en el restaurante del hotel. Buena comida pero con un precio desproporcionado. La piscina limpia (agua muy fría) pero sin funcionar los chorros de agua (spa). Encendido de la sauna solo a petición previa. Personal muy amable. El hotel está bien en conjunto pero el precio es excesivo. No me alojaría de nuevo en él si volviera a esa zona del Algarve.

Pasamos solo una noche en este magnífico hotel. El entorno es maravilloso y muy relajarte. El Spa muy, muy bueno y la cena en el restaurante junto al acantilado inolvidable. Pero por poner una pega, llama la atención que un alojamiento de lujo como este no tenga aire condicionado adecuado en las habitaciones. La noche fue calurosa y los aparatos portátiles que había no fueron suficientes

Let me begin by saying the location of Vivenda Miranda is lovely. The views are stunning. However that is the only good thing to say. Upon arrival our travel companions and ourselves waited a very long time to check in as only one staff was available to help guests. He was pleasant but stressed. He did offer to help with luggage but thinking we had booked a main floor room with terrace & because many other guests were waiting in line we said we would do it ourselves. Big mistake. Our rooms were not what we had imagined. They were up 2 flights of steep stairs... no elevator. Our room was very small and our travel companions room overlooked the parking lot. Having booked 6 months prior for a 4 nights stay we had asked for the beautiful sea view rooms with ground floor terrace on the lawn. The rooms did not include a coffee machine which most high end properties include. Our room... the safe was missing the key. It took 3 days to correct Our toilet did not flush properly... it was reported but never fixed. The power to the room went off our last night. The property next to our rooms had barking dogs who DID NOT STOP BARKING. When I mention this to the rude lady on the desk she rolled her eyes and said yes it is a problem. That’s was it. No apologies Overall, the biggest problem was understaffing and the staff being miserable and rude. Two servers however were very polite and kind. Bruno & Roberto were excellent. Everyone else on the desk or serving breakfast was rude. Anyway, the hotel has potential to be top notch but currently this is not the case. It is very expensive and for the money, customer service and room accommodations do not meet the expectations. Very disappointing. I will not recommend

Mis espectativas eran mas altas. Habitacion bien. No hay baño,solo ducha. Accesorios de baño casi inesistentes. Gel de ducha en dispensador (lamentable). Personal atento, pero escaso. Creo que para el precio que tienen,no reunen las calidades que deberian. Las vistas desde las zonas comunes muy bien. Las habitaciones con terraza poca intimidad. Hay en el Algarve mejores hoteles que cumplen estos requisitos ya mejor precio.
