Overlooking the breathtaking bay of Corfu this magnificent house combines exquisite features from the 18th and 19th centuries while fully equipped with the most modern amenities. The historical beach front property is found on a large plot with 2 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and picturesque seafront woodlands which allow guests to relax or go for a swim in the warm Ionian waters.

The house was built in 1760 and turned into a country house in the late 19th century by a noble family. It has more recently undergone a conservation project adding modern amenities while retaining its old-world character. In the area surrounding Villa Posillipo it is possible to walk to several bars and shops in under 10 minutes. Also only a 10 minute car trip away is the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Corfu Town, with its unique historic sights, churches, and nightlife. 

Accommodation:

The accommodation spreads over three floors, with common areas on ground floor and five en-suite double and twin bedrooms in the upper floors: On the first floor, the Cyclamen master bedroom provides bay and beach views, paired with a spacious drawing room and a beach-view shower room. The Belladonna bedroom also on this floor, offers panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. The second-floor houses three bedrooms: Calla, Magnolia, and Mallow. These are named after garden flowers and equipped with antique furniture and modern beds. Calla and Mallow face the sea, while Magnolia overlooks the lush gardens. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Wireless fast internet is available both inside the house and in the outside areas of the property.  The villa is staffed with a team that includes a house manager, maid, breakfast cook, caretaker and gardener. Breakfast is served daily except on Sundays. Besides the direct beach access there’s also a heated swimming pool and a tennis court for guests to enjoy.
