Pensiun Aldier

The Pensiun Aldier is a unique hotel set within in a beautiful place in a picturesque village. A venue, where the owners have managed to combine their passions for art and culture with all the comfort of a cozy hotel.

It's not a deluxe hotel, as such. But that was never the goal. Designing a private space of comfort for people in search of tranquility was the owners' greatest desire, far more than striving for stars and points. And this they have achieved with aplomb as local architect and designer Duri Vital made sure this dream was realised with care and insight.

The hotel emanates a certain aura. It is comfy, pleasant and yet still has an elegant simplicity. While staying there, you might even sense certain magic and creative energy. It will feel as if you just arrived at home.

The breakfast is served in the library. It includes homemade jams and cheese from the village's dairy, fresh fruits and everything else that you need to have a good start in the day. In the afternoon, cookies and cakes are served in the library.

On top of this, a very unique in-house museum awaits you with the largest collection of the graphic works of the world famous Alberto Giacometti (over 200 exhibits).

The village is small, charming and authentic. There's a little bakery and the dairy. People are very friendly and mass tourism seems very far away… What a delightful feeling! The houses are old and beautiful. Skiing slopes are very close.

In two words: “simply be” represents well the serene and decelerated stay you will spend at Pensiun Aldier. It is also synonymous for harmony, conscious simplicity and contemplativeness.
