The Ampersand Residence is a townhouse in Portimão, a city in the Algarve in the south of Portugal. The restaurants and cafés in the historic centre are within easy walking distance (only 5 minutes away), and the beach is close by. The harbour is just a short walk away, and from here you can take coastal tours to picturesque coves and caves or enjoy a drink on the terrace.

The six bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable beds, air conditioning, fans, blackout curtains and adjustable lighting to make your stay even more pleasant. The two kitchens leave nothing to be desired so that you can enjoy cooking to the full.

The house has a floor plan of around 500 square metres. 

In addition to a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, there is also an art studio on the ground floor with a spacious and elegant living room. A hallway leads to a fabulous outdoor area with a private swimming pool (2.5 x 11 metres), outdoor shower, dining tables and outdoor cooking facilities. This area is reminiscent of a riad in Marrakech with its lush plants, cacti and contrasting pink walls. Both an internal and external staircase leads you to the upper floor. 

There you will find the second kitchen and five bedrooms. Four of them are furnished with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is light in every room, which can be adjusted and dimmed to suit your mood. A hammam bathrobe is also provided for you. Each room has a silent disco and Bluetooth headphones for your music. So you can listen to your own music undisturbed. There are two bathrooms upstairs with a shower, toilet, washbasin and toiletries, as well as a separate toilet.

The house has a spacious roof terrace, which makes warm summer nights unforgettable. With a large covered lounge, dining table, sun loungers and an American BBQ grill, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday.

In addition, the hosts provide you with a Sonos music system, beach bags, toiletries, beach towels, hammam bathrobes, silent disco headphones and beautiful crockery. You can park your car (free of charge) in the streets around the villa.
