Maison de Plumes

The Maison de Plumes means “House of Feathers” in French and in truth this wonderful place to stay can boast several feathers in its cap, so to speak.
Firstly, the Maison de Plume is located in a stunning area of northern France known as the Seven Valleys.
In many ways this is the real France - landscapes of delightful woods, rivers forests and historic towns with great restaurants and walks to burn off those culinary excesses: all without that touristy feel, if you know what we mean.
And in the middle of it all there lies the Maison de Plumes – a beautiful, small country house with only four luxury rooms and a premier suite (all with ensuite facilities by the way). There’s no need to rush from north to south, or vice versa with a place such as the Maison de Plumes at your disposal.
This is a place to get away from the hustle and bustle and recharge, and this task is made all the simpler by Richard and Vanessa’s welcome and hospitality. They are first class hosts, as first class as the decoration, cuisine and service.
All rooms, whether the Ostrich (overlooking the garden), Flamingo, Parakeet, Swan or Peacock are fabulously furnished, the individual names of each reflecting the uniqueness of each room, though a general Art Nouveau influence runs throughout  the rooms, as indeed it does throughout the whole Maison de Plumes.
Please note: Due to the all embracing peace and quiet at the Maison de Plumes, it is not really a suitable place for children
