Haus in Dießen am Ammersee

This beautiful holiday home in Dießen am Ammersee is a real dream in the south of Bavaria. The house with its clear architecture and purist design is furnished in a modern style and offers space for 4 people. The furnishings are well thought out and offer guests maximum comfort. Surrounded by a beautiful, south-facing cottage garden with fruit trees and a spacious, covered terrace, it offers the opportunity to wind down in the evening after a day at the lake.

In the entrance area of the holiday home, you will find a spacious hallway with plenty of storage space, a small separate bathroom and a utility room with washing machine. A few steps further on is the semi-open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped and even has a Nespresso machine. The spacious living and dining area is connected to the outdoor terrace and garden by floor-to-ceiling windows. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house under the Chiemgau wooden floorboards, which creates a cosy feeling of well-being, especially in cooler temperatures. If you follow the stairs to the upper floor, you will find a large hallway with a spacious built-in wardrobe. The two bedrooms are located here. Both have double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm), adjoining large bathrooms and access to the balcony through the floor-to-ceiling windows. One bedroom even has a bathtub. All windows in the house face south and are fitted with blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

The central yet quiet location in Dießen is ideal for a few days at the Ammersee. All shopping facilities, the Dampfersteg, the lido, the sports facilities and the cinema are within 10 minutes walking distance. The house has its own car park and a bicycle shelter on the property.
