Le Florida is more than a destination; it is an invitation to embark on a timeless journey through the heart of a genuine countryside and nature. A unique environment, nicknamed (rightly) “French Tuscany”, lulled by divine light, where valleys, hills, vineyards, castles and stone houses amaze.

Auberge Le Florida tells the story of 4 generations of hoteliers-restaurateurs. Today, the hostel is run by Baptiste, the great-grandson, who returned to the innkeeper tradition after 15 years in the world of luxury and fashion in Paris. Inspired by the history of the place, he gathers his memories, diverts the family furniture, adds his collection of contemporary and artisanal objects to create a unique place, with the appearance of a poetic retreat. In addition to the gourmet restaurant, awarded with Michelin and Gault & Millau, 4 rooms, praised by Le Fooding, have a refined country style. The 4 rooms and suites have private terraces and, for some, Jacuzzis for two.

Le Florida is a confidential paradise where you can live your life at your own pace, with a calm mind. There is a wellness program dedicated to reconnecting with oneself. The Yoga Florida retreats offer three days of practices and meetings led by inspiring and generous experts in the heart of the Gascon countryside, in a magnificent setting. 

The contemporary hostel’s aim is to minimize the ecological footprint from construction to operation, with a comprehensive and participatory approach. This unique place, 1 hour from Toulouse and 2 hours from Bordeaux is the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
