Wine Estate in the Heart of Chianti (Tuscany), dating back to the 16th century, still producing wine, grappa, and even olive oil. This charming holiday home consists of a main building with four bedrooms and two common areas, including a lounge with a television and a loggia for dining together. From the main floor, you can access a beautiful garden, and the pool that offers panoramic views of the Chianti hills.

There are two additional annexes, each with two rooms, a lounge, and a kitchenette. These two annexes can only be booked separately from the main house during the low season when the pool is not in use. In the high season, the house is exclusively reserved, with a maximum capacity of 17 people in total. All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with a private bathroom, pool towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, internet access, and private parking.

The owners have renovated the house in the pure Tuscan style, with wooden beam ceilings, terracotta floors, and a large fireplace for colder days.

The garden is spacious and offers pleasant shaded corners to completely detach from the outside world, along with a hexagonal-plan chapel dating back to the Renaissance. The village of Castellina is only 4 km away, where you can shop or choose one of the delicious restaurants. There's also an Etruscan necropolis in Fonterutoli, a twenty-minute walk away.

The owners also offer cooking classes: you can prepare delicious Tuscan dishes and specialties with your own hands. The menu is based on seasonal products from our garden and our territory, including an appetizer, homemade first course, meat or vegetarian second course, and a side dish, finishing with a homemade dessert
