We stayed at Villa La Bianca for almost a week, as home base to the beach, Lucca, small surrounding towns, and Cinque Terra. The entire staff, including the owner Massimo, tended to our every need. The setting was magical, a hidden gem in Camaoire. It was intimate, with only 5-6 other families in the Villa. I was there with my two teenage boys, there were couples, other families, some with young children and it seemed perfect for all. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and warmth of the staff. We felt so welcome, cared for.. part of a big family. And the dining experience was truly elevated. Something you wanted to dress up for, but could easily show up in swim trunks. From a fresh selection of little cakes in the morning to extravagant lunches to perfect multi-course dinners. Every meal felt special. We did a little cooking lesson with the chef, and that was a delight as well. We swam, played badminton, dominos and cards, read under the trees. This is a place we want to return to every year, a beautiful family tradition.

Our stay at Villa la Bianca was a wonderful experience. The villa is beautifully decorated and the huge surrounding garden makes it very intimate. The staff was very friendly and helpful to the point that our kids have fond memories of them. The restaurant served excellent food and a different menu every night. The attention to all details was overwhelming.
