This former "poor people's houses" was long forgotten, but they are becoming increasingly popular in the past years. The scent of orange blossom floats over the huge tree-lined stone courtyard, where guests dine at candlelight on warm summer nights.

Now, you can probably tell from the name that the Palazzo de Mori started off life as a palace. What the name doesn’t tell you is that the location is outstanding, facing the sea right above the battlements of the beautiful port town of Otranto.
