Villa Buenavista is a beautiful sunfilled house, built with good materials and a spacious private swimming pool and a garden of 1300 squaremeters.

The big villa has 4 bedrooms with a capacity for up to 10 people. Located in the quiet urbanization "Buenavista" in Benissa, the pearl of the Costa Blanca, and only 10 minutes’ walk from the beach.

Three of the house's bedrooms are inside the main building and there is a fourth one in an annexe next to the swimming pool.

The small village of Benissa, the oldest on the coast, is situated about 200 metres above sea level.

On the 4 km of coastline with coves and sandy beaches, its rocky seabed is perfect for scuba diving and sailing. Of all of them, the most popular is the beach of La Fustera, which is the one with the largest number of services as well as an area for sports and children's games.

Benisa also has a marina "Les Basetes", situated practically on the border with Calpe, which offers the services of a bar, restaurant, sailing school and diving centre.
