Susafa

This historic farmhouse, located in the middle of Sicilian countryside, 22 km from the town Polizzi Generoso, features a courtyard garden with a lush green lawn for peace and tranquility. For hot summer days, there is a refreshing pool only a few meters away from the house. Inside the house, you will find 17 tastefully decorated rooms, of which many still have parts of the original stone wall and terracotta floors – which together with modern furniture make a unique blend of tradition and modern. For relaxed evenings, you are very welcome to enjoy the cosy living room and sit by the fireplace.

The meals served in the restaurant are made of fresh self-grown ingredients from the on-site vegetable garden or from local origin. You can choose from a tasting menu or order à la carte. The culinary highlight will be topped off by delicious Sicilian wine.

Susafa offers a wide variety of activities, such as various cooking classes, wine tasting, excursions to the surrounding nature and villages, massages and yoga. The Saeli-Rizzuto family will do everything to make your stay perfect and unforgettable.
