If you want to take in simply awesome views of the Atlas Mountains then come to... Marrakech - more specifically to the boutique Riad 144.
On a clear day you can see these stunning mountains in the distance and one of the best views in town must be from the Riad 144’s terrace, which offers 360 degree views of the Medina, Minarets and Atlas range. Oh, and the sunset is pretty spectacular too.
As you can probably guess from above the location is right in the historical centre of the Medina (you can almost touch the minarets from the terrace – we counted 10 in almost as many seconds), and one that yet manages to have an away from it all feel. It is an intimate sort of place with only 5 rooms in all (2 doubles and 3 suites)
Of course, this being a spectacular riad in means it also boasts that symbol of a true Moroccan townhouse -a large patio with a heated plunge pool under the lush palm trees. Cool in the summer and protected from the cold in winter, it is a great place to simply relax and take in the atmosphere of the Riad 144. Or perhaps enjoy the complementary drink upon arrival.
Daytime (hammac, a tent with a refreshing cooling system, or nightime (the sunset and city lights) it is a truly invitng place, so relax and take in the magic.

Location
The Riad is situated north of the Souk in an area called Sidi Ben Slimane.
To get from the taxi stand by the moschee Sidi Ben Slimane to the Riad 144, you follow the main alley into the area. Passing the local barber shop, the hammam, the oldest fountain in the city, many workshops and small food markets..... Then, when passing by the famous restaurant Dar Zellij, a few meters more and there you are!
